We’ve got big growth plans this year and we’re looking for experienced and non-experienced recruitment consultants and head hunters to work for us. We’re not your average recruitment company so we’re not looking for average people. The nature of our work is highly specialist and the sectors we work within drive the world we live in.
Recruitment is about understanding the value of people. Cape Recruitment’s consultants are trained and developed to the highest standards and rewarded within a results-driven, work hard, play hard culture.
What does a recruitment consultant do?
A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between organisations seeking to recruit professional staff (clients) and individuals (candidates) seeking a career move. It is the job of the recruitment consultant to bring the candidate and the client together to ensure the best mutual fit in the shortest possible time – thereby ensuring that both the career goals of the candidate and the resourcing needs of the client are met.
The effective development of existing and new client relationships is a critical part of becoming a successful recruitment consultant. You will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients’ business, culture and current recruitment needs and to leverage this knowledge to secure new client wins.
